PARIS FLEA MARKET In the years between 1880 and 1900, anyone exiting Paris from Porte de Clignancourt would pass by the rag-and-bone men and their makeshift market stalls. Selling everything from bric-a-brac to objects de art, the traders banded together to set up shop with the hope of attracting the genteel population of collectors who would come to hunt for bargains. It was here that the Flea Market was born. Today, Flea Markets are a wonderful places to find rare and beautiful antiques, at bargain prices, that serve to compliment your home décor.
